Anyone is eligible to become a member of the Polk County Fair Society. 

This organization is responsible for conducting the fair. 

Membership fee is $5.00 for five years. 

Memberships can be purchased at anytime, but must be purchased more than 30 days prior to annual meeting to vote the first year.
